Ways to pay
Payments to the council can be made online with your PC or smartphone, by direct debit, on the telephone, by bank giro or by standing order.

This is a simple, convenient and safe way to pay. You can setup a Direct Debit for your council tax or business rates online. Simply visit our Pay page and choose the appropriate payment type from the list.

Please note: Paying by Credit Card may incur a charge of 2.2%, debit cards are free.
Please note this facility is not available for paying accounts starting with M or P - these can be paid online.
Bank Giro Credit
Complete the slip at the bottom of your Council or Berneslai Homes bill and take it with payment for the full amount to any bank. Please note your bank may charge you for this service.
